This is our deck oven, which features an attractive appearance and is composed of quality stainless steel material, with the control panel available as either a mechanical panel or computer panel. Heating is done using a far-infrared process inside the electric bakery oven, and impulse firing used in the gas bakery oven. Both of these lead to an even heat distribution, and allows the baked goods to have an even color and great baking effect.

Our hot air oven features an attractive exterior and continuous control, which is quite intelligent, allowing a user-friendly operation. Burners of the oven are sourced from a famous international brand, providing reliable, stable operation. Additionally, our oven features an extra-large air duct, which allows for a soft and even air flow and better appearance for the finished products.
The tunnel oven is mainly used together with a large bakery line. Please note, a custom tunnel oven solution is also available from Honglian.
Moreover, in order to fully meet customer bakery needs, Honglian also supplies diverse bakery devices, such as proofers, dough mixers, planetary mixers, bread slicers and more.
