Honglian operates our own large-scale production plant, covering an area of 10,000 square meters. The plant is equipped with four standard production workshops, which are furnished with many advanced large-size processing machines. A large size CNC punch press is used in steel sheet forming according to the design specifications.

The laser cutting machine is utilized to form different cutting patterns for the steel sheets. It provides an excellent cutting effect, which ensures the good performance and attractive appearance of our products.

The CNC bending machine helps to bend the steel sheet into a specific angle. The machine is highly accurate, which gives our product a high quality. All the machines are operated by experienced technicians, using whole-process monitoring as soon as the machine is activated.

Various semi-finished parts are produced using our precision welding technology. Then, these components will be sent into the assembly workshop.

Our assembly workshop is separated into different zones according to different kinds of machines. In this workshop, we have designated senior management to be responsible for each process, which helps to guarantee that the installation is in strict accordance with production standards.

Additionally, all the machines will undergo debugging and testing before they are packed and delivered.

Only qualified products will be sent to packaging, which ensures the high quality of our product.
